Ashlyn’s Sleeve Gastrectomy in Tijuana – Mexico

"Hi I just wanted to say THANK YOU! ... I have been telling everyone about Medical Tourism Co . I had my sleeve done on March 3, 2014. As of this morning, not even a year out… I am down 137 lbs. J My surgery was the absolute best thing I have ever done. It is the best money I have ever spent.

I have not been hungry for almost a year! That is an amazing feeling. I am able to eat well and reasonable portions of healthy food. I have had zero complications. I am able to exercise.

I have already ran 2 5ks since January 1st…. that’s six since surgery!!! That is something I would never have been able to do before. I am planning to run another one in 2 weeks and I am training for a 10K in March!

The process was so incredibly easy. I booked my surgery quickly and in a timeframe that my work schedule could accommodate. I attended a conference for work in December and saw a lot of colleagues who had not seen me since before my surgery. They didn’t recognize me. That was such an amazing feeling.

Thanks so much for all of your help. I am so blessed to have had this surgery and I am genuinely thankful for it every day. This is the first time in my life that I have lost weight over the holidays…. I could normally gain 10 pounds easily over the holiday season…

This year I lost 5 …. And I was still able to taste the things I really wanted. This has given me the ultimate portion control.

I have so much more time on my hands now that I am not constantly thinking about food – what I am going to eat, when I am going to eat, what I am going to eat next, etc. I have time to really live my life…. And I could not be more grateful.
