Dr.  Miremberg is a well-respected surgeon at CIMA San José in Costa Rica. He specialized in ear, nose, and throat at the Federal University Sao Paolo in Brazil, and completed a fellowship in sleep medicine.

He is Board-Certified from the Universidad de Costa Rica, an active member and participator in the Brazilian Otolaryngology Society, and is certified specialist by the Brazilian Sleep Medicine Society.

Dr. Miremberg has co-authored several articles on otolaryngology such as: Syndrome de Pfeiffer com Malformacao de Epligote, Surgical Strategies for treatment of Congenital Cholesteatoma, and Equilibriofuncional e Qualidade de vida em idosos com Tontura.
