Dr. Lozano graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. He completed his residency in traumatology and orthopaedics and a fellowship in hand and arm reconstructive surgery in the Orthopaedic Centre at Houston.

Dr. Lozano has practiced in several locations acquiring the latest techniques in field of medicine. He also studied traumatology and orthopaedics at the Hospital of Mexico. Dr. Lozano has been active in many courses and conferences in different American and Mexican States.

He is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Reconstructive Orthopaedic Centre in Mexico, as well as a member of the Reconstructive Orthopaedic Centre in Houston.
